Emberdusk Shipping and Return Policies

1. Trading Card Game (TCG) Sales

  • All Sales Final: Due to the volatile nature of the TCG market and to prevent card tampering, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Magic: The Gathering cards.
  • Condition Guaranteed: Every card is inspected and shipped in the condition described (e.g., Near Mint). If an item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging.

2. Stickers & Handmade Plushies

  • Returns: We accept returns on unused stickers and plushies within 14 days of delivery.
  • Conditions: The item must be in its original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Labor of Love: As plushies are handcrafted and limited, we cannot offer “exchanges” for different colors or styles.

3. Shipping & Handling

  • Processing Time: We are a small, hand-packed shop! Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.
  • Tracking:
    • Envelopes: Shipped via USPS with IMb tracking (limited tracking).
    • Packages: Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority with full tracking.
